Description
80 ml is a double ristretto with room for crema. The wall is 6 mm — heavier than a porcelain demitasse on purpose, because the mass is what stops a small volume of coffee going cold in ninety seconds.
Sage glaze outside, white inside so you can read the crema. The saucer is turned with a shallow well that holds the cup steady on a tilted table and catches the drip off the spoon.
